Nina and Tiffany are both amazing! I have oily nail beds, so my polish usually peels off easily if it isn't done right. Nina is so meticulous with her prep work and checks every detail, like making sure the lengths match perfectly. I trusted her to do my bridal nails and they were beautiful! Tiffany does my pedicures and gel manicures and she is always so sweet and attentive. She even helped me put my socks on multiple times after my pedicure. The salon is clean, their tools are spotless, and the service amazing. I highly recommend both of them!

Update: It makes me sad to write this because I’ve genuinely enjoyed coming to Dep Beauty since 2024, but my last visit was extremely disappointing and unfortunately I won’t be returning.
I booked an appointment for Sunday 9/20 with Linda. The salon called the day before to move my appointment from 11:00 to 11:45, which I agreed to. I also specifically asked if they could do 3D flower nail art and was told yes.
At my appointment, I showed an inspiration photo of short almond French tips with a small 3D flower on each ring finger. I even said that if they couldn’t do the flowers, I was completely fine doing a simple hot pink cateye instead. I was reassured that they could do the design, so I went forward with it since these were supposed to be my vacation nails.
Unfortunately, the French tips were poorly done and I repeatedly had to ask for them to be cleaned up. When it was time for the flowers, I was suddenly told my nail tech couldn’t do them and someone else would need to. That’s when I realized the person doing my nails the entire time wasn’t even Linda, despite specifically booking my appointment with her.
Linda was eventually pulled away from another client to attempt the flowers, but after 20–30 minutes they still weren’t coming out correctly. Meanwhile, her other client was understandably frustrated about having to wait. At this point, I had already been there for nearly three hours.
When I expressed how disappointed I was, they offered to redo the flowers. Samantha eventually fixed them and made them look better, but I ended up spending about 3.5 hours at the salon. I was given a small discount for the inconvenience, but I still left extremely unhappy. To make matters worse, some of my Gelx nails started lifting only a few days later.
I’ve had good experiences here in the past, which is why this visit was especially disappointing. For the prices being charged, I expect better quality, communication, and consideration for my time. If a requested design can’t be done, I would much rather be told upfront so I can choose something else.
Leaving 2 stars because they tried to make the situation better but isn’t enough for me to return.
One of the best pedicures i’ve had in years!! This was my first time visiting and the salon was clean and well kept with the friendliest people. I got the indulgent pedicure and the jelly bath is so new to me but i loved it. Nina took care of me and she was so nice and accommodating to me. This will probably be my new go to salon :).

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dep Beauty Lounge. I am picky when it comes to mani pedi but didn’t have to worry about cleanliness here and they were extremely thorough and don’t get me started about the massage. So relaxing! Weren’t rushed like some places and they did a really really great job. Since it was girls day out, we also decided to do the Korean scalp therapy and eyelash lift!!! I’m hooked for life. My hair is so clean, bouncy and soft. And my eyelashes…OMG! Never knew you could do this but you can and I did and definitely plan to do it again.
