I've absolutely loved all the classes I've taken at Epic Dance and Fitness. I'm plus-size and don't have a ton of upper body strength, and I really, really appreciate how all the instructors meet me where I'm at. I've never felt judged or like I don't belong in any of the classes.
I HIGHLY recommend.

I’ve taken 2 different classes from Epic so far and both were so fun!

I took Hip Hop with Ms Diamond and Epic Pole Experience with Mrs Epic and both classes were fabulous! Fun, upbeat, and encouraging. I’m new to pole, and Mrs Epic took time to break down the moves and teach foundations so we’re set up to learn more advanced moves going forward — all while bringing a joyful energy to…

I had an amazing experience with Ms.Bambi for Aerial Silks. She was very patient with me and my friend and answered any questions we had. I felt very comfortable with no judgment just a true learning experience. I laughed a lot with her & my friend about my minor errors and being scared to fail. I would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

1st, the Pole Experience with Mrs. Epic!! I loved her class! I had never taken Pole Dancing before so I was a little nervous about what kind of body strength it would take. But Mrs. Epic gave such fantastic instructions on how to use momentum for the moves that I was able to do it! And it was so fun!
2nd, I took a a hip hop class from Ms. Diamond and it was so fun too! She taught a hip hop routine to great music and was also very encouraging!!
The studio is spacious and clean with multiple rooms and really unique exercise classes. I recommend checking out their schedule and trying all the varieties of classes. If you want a water, make sure you have Cash App to buy one there.
