Customers frequently cite fast response times, often arriving within ten minutes, along with friendly and professional drivers who communicate effectively. While many describe the service as reliable and affordable, some reviews note instances of overcharging or high fares compared to ride-share alternatives. Additionally, a few low-star comments criticize reckless driving behavior and unresponsiveness when attempting to reach the company by phone.

Very reckless drivers. Speeding through parking lots and not stopping for pedestrians! That's an accident waiting to happen. Unit 121 saw me crossing the parking lot and didn't make an effort to even slow down. And they wonder why people prefer Uber and Lyft.
I had accidentally left my car paperwork on the Mexico side and needed to get back to my Airbnb in time for my dog's dinner and walk and Juan came through for me with SUCH speed. Great price for the service, great conversationalist on top of it all.
Escaleras Taxi Service helped us right when we needed a ride. They arrived quickly, were fast, reliable, and very affordable. The whole experience was smooth and organized. If you’re in Laredo, Texas, I highly recommend them. We’ll definitely be using their service again!
Excellent Service and professionals... you arrive on time and safely at your destination.. 100% recommended

I had a great experience with Escalera Taxi Service. I called them at 4:30 when my Uber canceled, and they arrived at my house in just 10 minutes. They picked me up and dropped me off at the airport quickly and efficiently. Great service, reliable, and I highly recommend using them instead of Uber from now on.

Buen servicio
The man was kind & let me know when he'd be there which I appreciated. However he did over charge for traveling 1 1/2 miles.
