I’m super satisfied with the end result, my wax specialist Ashley made me super comfortable and was so nice! She also did my eyebrows which I thought she absolutely slayed. I’ve gotten a Brazilian wax at this location 5 different times with 5 different waxers and Sheena was by far the best! After a couple not so great appointments/waxes , I’ll happily go back to her.
Jai and Malon are awesome and very professional. I have had some issues with my appts being changed and I was not made aware of the changes until the day of or they tried to set me up with another waxer without notifying me.
This was my first time so I was nervous, however, Ashley was professional and friendly. Had a good first experience. I did have quite a bit of wax left over that was stuck to my underwear ..noticed when I got home. My overall experience was not as painful as I had imagined.
