I have been going to EWC for several years and, since we are military, I’ve visited them in three states. I haven’t had a bad experience yet BUT Malone (O’Fallon, IL) is AMAZING! She is fun to talk to and is hysterical. Kind of takes your mind of the waxing!

I’m honestly only still going to European Wax because I bought a package. Once these run out, I wont be back.They force their waxers to get people in and out in under 15 minutes for every service, which is unrealistic. Malon is efficient and we laugh the whole time. The facility is great—conveniently located, clean, stocked and the support staff are always courteous.
Other aestheticians here are good too, but Sheila is my favorite! Sheila is efficient, precise, knowledgeable, and approachably friendly.
