Homeowners need to be extremely careful with Evergreen Door & Window, especially if you live in a pre‑1978 home. Evergreen failed to provide the legally required EPA Lead Safe Acknowledgment Form for my project, even after multiple requests. Instead, they sent a series of incorrect, outdated, and non‑compliant documents — including tenant‑occupied sample pages, outdated 2010 forms, and a homemade form they falsely claimed was “EPA approved.” None of these meet federal requirements under 40 CFR § 745.84.
Evergreen also told me their contract “replaced” the EPA form, which is completely false and contradicts federal law. I even reconstructed the correct EPA form myself and sent it to them, and they still refused to use it. After nearly a month of trying to obtain the proper documentation, Evergreen abruptly stopped communicating altogether — no explanation, no correction, no follow‑up. They simply went silent once they realized they could not comply.
Only AFTER this experience did I begin researching Evergreen’s public reviews — and I discovered multiple customers reporting similar issues: missing paperwork, outdated forms, failure to follow proper procedures, and avoidance of compliance questions. I had no idea about these complaints beforehand. This shows a clear pattern of behavior, not an isolated mistake.
Evergreen has demonstrated EPA non‑compliance, misinformation, and refusal to follow required lead‑safe documentation procedures. Consumers should be warned — Evergreen is not following federal regulations and is not reliable when it comes to legally required safety documentation.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Victor T. at my house. We chatted a bit about what I was interested in reviewing. He took the time to explain everything and what my options were. At first I was on interested in a new entry door. After showing my entry door and storm door he said let me show you storm doors.
After 1.5 hours I became a new customer. I purchased an entry door and storm door! His persistence and telling me all the facts about both doors won me over.
He was also helpful helping me with looking at my garden window. He even gave me a suggestion of who I could call to help glaze/caulk silicone the window. I do not know how many people would go above and beyond helping me out.
