Same day appointment to repair fridge which was heating up. Turned out to be compressor coils. Fixed immediately and grateful we didn’t have to buy a new fridge right now.

Our washer stopped working during our guests' stay. Sergey came right away and solved the problem for us. Phew! That was a huge relief. While he was here, we also had him check our stovetop since only one burner was working. He took the top apart and immediately diagnosed the problem. He showed me what parts need to be replaced and the cost of the parts on the website. Every step is clear and transparent. He came back the following week to fix the stovetop as soon as the parts arrived. Now we can wash our clothes and cook! No need to buy new ones. Double stress relief! Sergey respected the property and even put on shoe covers without prompting. Clean work, no fuss. All in all, we are very impressed with his work and professionalism.
