Tech James Wilson puts the EXCEL in Excellent. He was even nice enough to give me pet safe pointers on how to keep pests out of my home.

Willie has been a great exterminator for over the past year. He is very professional and knowledgeable about the services he provides. I have not seen any pests since the initial treatment. I would highly recommend that if you book Excel pest services, request Willie if you want quality service.
We have a critter in our attic. I called Excel. Will came that afternoon and figured out we had a squirrel coming in. They will be setting up a humane one-way trap that will let the squirrel out of our attic but won't let it back in. Will is very professional and friendly. I like that they have humane approaches to wildlife.
As long as you get one of their more energetic technicians, this is a very applicable service to keep up…..especially when you live in a space where you can’t control the habitat/cleanliness around you.
Michael Y. was a pleasure to work with, he was very professional and thorough in the install of all of our preventative traps and insect monitors etc. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

The technician that we dealt with, Ryan O'Shaughnessy, was prompt and professional as I had hoped. He provided us with comprehensive solutions to our problem and preventative measures we could take moving forward. Would recommend.
Ryan did a great service for my cabin! It’s been a fear of mine for years to make sure termites would not been an issue. Luckily we found nothing however there was a bit of a bee problem ever since he came and worked on that the bees haven’t been a problem since. I would highly recommend using him!
I can’t say I was very happy with excel ( takes very long to get an appointment and if you have ants crawling in your bedroom you don’t want to wait over a week for someone to come ) . Was even planning to stop our annual contact, however, if I could I would give 10 stars to Ryan O . He has serviced my house…
Thank you to Ryan for being very thorough in his explanation of the services needed (and not needed) and his patience with our questions. His overall knowledge and pleasant demeanor made us feel comfortable with choosing this company.
