Wes was extremely friendly and informative. He explained the belly in the line, the scaling, and the roots at the city main in a way I could understand. The pricing he discussed felt very fair. He even helped me lift some carpet without being asked, which had nothing to do with his job. Just a genuinely positive experience.
Wyatt reviewed all repair options clearly and potential next steps. Wyatt is a dependable and reputable employee. I place great faith in his recommendations and is very cordial. He is my GOTO plumber! He is an excellent workman.

Had my sewer back up into my basement. They had a technician at my house before noon today. Wyatt was fantastic. He communicated everything, was knowledgeable and efficient. He even cleaned the sludge around the floor drain since he had gloves on. He was clean and quick! I felt the price was fair for the excellent service I received!

After remodeling, I had trouble with the sink not draining. The house is old so I'm not surprised. Eyman sent their best technicians to snake out the clog. The sink drains better than ever. The bill wasn't too painful, and I can run my dishwasher.
