Excellent fall furnace service performed by Kevin Volk JR. Very knowledgeable and personable, a rare combination these days.
Extremely professional.

The job really couldn’t have been any better. Chris was exactly on time, professional, clean, and helpful with other things not previously scheduled. A+
Chris did an excellent job! Called before he arrived and arrived on time exactly when we agreed to. Came in and got right to and he knew exactly what he was doing. He got the job done in a quick proficient organized manner while having a good conversation getting the job done. Couldn’t have asked for a better technician.
We had quite an unpleasant saga of both acquiring (via NFM and then Menards) and getting a water heater installed, including an errant installation by Eyman. However, to their credit, they owned up to the error and made sure that it was rectified as soon as possible. It was a frustrating situation, but their…

Had a water heater relocated and replaced by John today. Unlike another local company, Eyman gave me a reasonable quote and was very transparent regarding pricing for extra work. John was on time, communicative, and it's clear he takes pride in his work. — Later in the year we had Eyman return to replace a very…

Friendly, professional. A fantastic job all around.
We hired Eyman to install a water heater after several referrals from neighbors. The job became complicated due to some unforeseen issues with our house, not anything to do with Eyman or the water heater. From beginning to end of the project, they worked with us to resolve our issues and made sure we were well…
Erin Wolsleben came out and helped us get a new water heater installed. He got here, and was very courteous and professional. He assured me everything would be done properly. He worked efficiently, and if I had a question, he answered honestly. He didn’t try to tack on a bunch of stuff we didn’t need, he knew all we…
I was originally going to give a one star ⭐️ due to the painful back and forth with scheduling. But Matt, the tech who provided us service, was an outstanding guy both personally and professionally. The issue is still not resolved (faulty from factory) but he is going above and beyond to help us. Thank you, Matt!
