thorough and caring clinic. We love Dr. Crowe!
Kind staff, getting a day of appointment was easy and efficient. You have a large staff, to me this implies that care > priority over cut corners. Check in, check out, tech, Dr. All efficient interactions with separate staff.
My experience has been great, everyone is nice and helpful. I have a very reactive dog who also has a lot of anxiety when at the vet. Everyone is so accommodating when we come in. Handling my reactive dog well
Dr. Crowe is the best!
Based on being a first time customer with my dog I would highly recommend. My last vet could not diagnose my dogs HORRIBLE breath issue after spending almost $1000, less than 10 min with the vet here she diagnosed him, provided a treatment plan and within 2 days of seeing her and being in the meds she prescribed…
We love how the staff takes care of our Leo - like his their own!
I highly recommend Fall Creek Medical Center. They are very kind and have affordable prices. Quick response to concerns
Professional staff of Vets and Vet Techs. Always responsive to questions very quickly
Everyone at Fall Creek Vet is phenomenal! The entire staff is friendly & helpful.
Dr. Luth and his staff are amazing. I have a big guy and he made me feel better about him being in his care.
I have been going to FallCreek Vet Center since 2009/2010. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. I trust Dr. Risser with all my babies.
I always feel welcome and never hurried. Questions listened to and answered or answers found and sent to me later. My dogs are comfortable and feel loved as well.
Dr Harshman does not make me feel rushed. He gets on the ground and up close/personal with our labs to make sure he has a clear understanding of the issue/have a good hands on check-up. He never makes me feel like a bad dog dad if I cannot afford all of the necessary vaccines at once. He prioritizes the needs versus…
Great for boarding pets. Staff extremely helpful and caring, as always.
Dr Crowe is an excellent vet! She provided excellent care for our GSP Sadie. The level of care she provides is how she treats and handles the care of her own pets. We followed her from her former Veterinary place of employment. The staff is warm and so caring. We highly recommend Fall Creek Veterinary Medical Center.
Great experience so far with our initial appointment for our new puppy. Dr. Jerry Risser was very thorough and the care team there took the time to go over everything and ensure we felt confident with all information provided and recommendations made.
Great care and thorough exam by the doctor. Not rushed. Felt like he really cared about my pet. We have been clients for many years and 5 dogs and have always been happy with the service
From the moment I walked in very welcoming, felt comfy inside, everyone was nice and smiling, took the time to make sure my fur babies were getting the care they needed. Took the time to explain, and listened to any questions I had. Overall the best experience I have ever had at a vet.
Staff is quick to respond and they are very responsive to our questions
Great staff and easy to get an Appointment Dr Risser is one of the most caring compassionate veterinarians i have ever come across. He was with me 5 years ago when I had to put my, yorkie , Chloe down. Today with our new yorkie ,Lucy he was able to get her back to good with with short dose of medicine. So thankful for his professionalism
Everyone was very nice. Very easy flow to check in and out. Nurses and vet were very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was that it was pretty expensive compared to other places.
I have taken my Shih Tzu to Fall Creek Veterinary for the past 3 years. He is 4years old. I love the Veternarians here but especially Dr. Crowe. She loves my Tucker and she instills confidence in my ablilty to care for him. I am so happy that I found this place!
I have taken my pets here for 15+ years. I will not go anywhere else. Dr. Risser and Dr. Crowe are amazing! They truly care for you and your pets. ❤️

Great available hours, they explain all options carefully and guide you to the best choice! Vets and Vet Techs are amazing. Love that they added the separate Check out area- it makes all of the difference and makes the visit experience awesome.
I appreciate the cheerful staff and Dr. Harshmann's knowledgeable care. The staff are friendly and I always enjoy my visits with Snowie.
Don't over test and share the costs of all tests before performing them. GREAT deal of experience.
Wonderful care and everyone is so nice!
Dr Crowe is an excellent vet. The staff is very friendly. Nice facility
Very gentle with dogs. Very professional and easy to talk to. Compassionate and helpful
Great vets, great support staff, everyone seems to genuinely care about my pets wellbeing Great Vets
They treated my dog very well great place to take your pet, I highly recommend Fall Creek veterinarian clinic
We have only had great experiences with this veterinary office. They all go above and beyond to help accommodate our and more importantly all SIX of our pets' needs! The care provided for our fur babies is top notch
My dogs have seen all the Dr.'s here. None I wouldn't trust with their care. Dr. Hershman (sp?) diagnosed and helped me through the end of life stages of my last dog. If you have gone through that you know how hard it is. From diagnosis, to helping me through some hard decisions, he couldn't have been any more…
Excellent care. Compassionate veterinarians and staff. Readily see Brady when necesssary. Fall Creek is the best. Taking time to hear what we have to say, thorough exams, treatment options.
I really enjoyed the lady doctor today for Babes visit. She's probably my favorite so far. Check out was smooth as well. Everyone seemed to know their stuff, super informative and kind to my pet. We were in and out!
