I had my first appointment with Ross Brown on October 9 via a zoom meeting. I found it helpful And look forward to my follow up appointment with him.
I’ve had a great experience so far. They’re very diligent and are supportive to get me the medication I need to improve my wellbeing.
Dr. Lippe is a very kind, knowledgeable doctor. I feel very comfortable discussing difficult things with him.
Without a doubt the best practice I have encountered in The Austin area. After loosing my Doctor of what feels like a lifetime, to retirement. I was welcomed to come on board and placed with a wonderful PMHMP whom I am blessed to be with. K.M. is a truly professional, attentive and caring. Highly Recommend!

Stay away from this office at all costs! They make it absolutely impossible to talk to someone about your bill. They also tell you initially that they accept your health insurance only to charge you 4 times the original quoted amount once it becomes known that they don't actually accept your health insurance. I've called their billing department 8 times and have never been able to speak to someone. I've left a voicemail each time and they never call back. I've sent 5 messages to the billing department through the online patient portal which they also never respond to. The only way to speak to an actual human is by calling and pretending you're a new patient. Even then they tell you only the billing department can help, you get transferred, and once again nobody answers. I've been trying to dispute my bill for two months now and have never received a call back. They ended up charging my credit card today for a completely different amount than my bill without my authorization, which is a fraudulent transaction. Shame on this company for taking financial advantage of their patients who are so often in a vulnerable emotions state.
