Excellent and quick service for our repair!
Fast and Easy Appliance Service is an excellent company. Over the past couple of years I have used their company to repair my refrigerator, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. All with satisfaction. Their service is professional, prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. They are my 'go to' repair company.
What a great experience I had today with Fast and Easy Appliance Repair! They were responsive, on time and very knowledgeable. Aziz (spelling??) appeared with the parts needed to fix our oven the same day. He accomplished the job in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and family.
They were great communicators, fit me in early to accommodate my Saturday, and were friendly, fast and knowledgeable during the repair. Overall the service was solid. Our repair person was professional,knowledgeable, and innovative. The only recommendation is to be better prepared equipped to solve complex problems versus relying on the customer. Despite that, service was great and the repair was completed above expectations. Aziz diagnosed the problem quickly. It turned out to be an electronics problem where a relay was damaged. Then he neatly removed the defective part and, at his shop, he fixed the electronics. Called Easy Appliance and they were very responsive. Arrived on time, covid19 safe.
I felt the invoice was a bit high. I had removed and identified the defective part and knew the cost of the replacement . The technician took a half hour to install the part and finish the job. So if I subtract the cost of the part I was charged $320/hr for labor.
