Aziz is fantastic! Diagnosed, got the part and completed the fix for my LG side loader washer in an hour. Incredible! So grateful! Thank you! He also repaired the heating element in my range on another occasion and helped clear a clog in my dryer and reconnect the venting that had come loose. Fantastic, knowledgeable and very easy to work with.

Easy to schedule by text. Sent a notice when the technician was on route. Arrived earlier than planned. Was quick, efficient, and clean. Explained the problem clearly and advised on next steps. Wasn't worth repairing our old machine and felt no pressure from the technician to do so!

Basi arrived on time and was able to fix my dryer in one trip ! He also took the time to vacuum the insides of my entire machine. He was tidy and careful not to scratch my floor or any of the parts of the dryer. Great service would definitely hire them again!

Great fast service!
Austin had to come back a 2nd time since my washing machine was still leaking from the bottom after a spin cycle. He found out that it was because a clog from the tube on the wall was causing it. Thankfully, he didn’t charge us again for “cracking” the code. Also, he arrived earlier than expected.
I am very satisfied with the job done today. My washer wasn’t draining at all, and the technician came and replaced the part the same day. It was a reasonable price and professional service done by Eric. Highly recommend this company’s everyone!
