Excellent service. The machine was fixed on the first visit, and Aziz is very pleasant and polite. Will certainly hire again.
Aziz is fantastic! Diagnosed, got the part and completed the fix for my LG side loader washer in an hour. Incredible! So grateful! Thank you! He also repaired the heating element in my range on another occasion and helped clear a clog in my dryer and reconnect the venting that had come loose. Fantastic, knowledgeable and very easy to work with.
Quick service call and fixed the problem with an LG washing machine that wasn’t draining within 30 minutes. Professional.
They thought it would not be worth it to repair my washer and they did not charge for service call. I will definitely use them again
Aziz offered to come same day though that did not end up working for our schedule. He came at the appointed time and quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem, with a clear explanation of the issue. Would definitely use his services again.

Great repair experience! I reached out to Fast & Easy Appliance Repair on a Saturday because our dryer stopped working. They were able to come the next day to do a diagnostic. Thank you to Bagi for his work. If I have anything else that needs repairing I know where to call. Bagi was able to quickly diagnose the problems and repaired all three appliances. Appreciate their prompt, professional service
Easy to schedule by text. Sent a notice when the technician was on route. Arrived earlier than planned. Was quick, efficient, and clean. Explained the problem clearly and advised on next steps. Wasn't worth repairing our old machine and felt no pressure from the technician to do so!
Quick and easyb
Basi arrived on time and was able to fix my dryer in one trip ! He also took the time to vacuum the insides of my entire machine. He was tidy and careful not to scratch my floor or any of the parts of the dryer. Great service would definitely hire them again!
They booked me next day 5:00-6:00. Technician arrive 30 minutes early. Washer wasn’t draining code F21. He right away told me either pump just need to be clean or replace and gave me price, for each repair. He just asked me for help to bring washer out of laundry room because it was full of water. Great fast service!
Austin had to come back a 2nd time since my washing machine was still leaking from the bottom after a spin cycle. He found out that it was because a clog from the tube on the wall was causing it. Thankfully, he didn’t charge us again for “cracking” the code. Also, he arrived earlier than expected.
I am very satisfied with the job done today. My washer wasn’t draining at all, and the technician came and replaced the part the same day. It was a reasonable price and professional service done by Eric. Highly recommend this company’s everyone!
Easy Appliance Repair really makes it easy. They couldn't answer the phone at first but texted me back immediately. They sent a team out the next day and they diagnosed the problem. They let me pay by Zelle and interact over text the whole time. The rates are fair. They are very responsive. They follow through and they do great work. Thanks!
Aziz is the nicest guy, knows what he's doing, always shows up on time, and charges a fair amount. He will always be my first call!!
