We've had Fast Response out a number of times, for both repairs and improvements (new faucet, new sink). They've always been -- yes, fast -- but reliable, easy to schedule and work with, friendly, and helpful. Plumbing is often tricky but Fast Response have worked with us and gotten it done.

The name Fast Response is appropriate. We've called with emergencies on several occasions and they've always made time for our condo and they show up with liability and workers comp insurance certificates. They also stand behind their work. Where we had a minor concern with one of the repairs, Joe came right back out to address the concern at no charge.
