We've had Fast Response out a number of times, for both repairs and improvements (new faucet, new sink). They've always been -- yes, fast -- but reliable, easy to schedule and work with, friendly, and helpful. Plumbing is often tricky but Fast Response have worked with us and gotten it done.

I've used Fast Response for years. I find their staff to be consistently professional and friendly, and the whole company appears to be dedicated to a high quality of work. There is no over-selling here - sometimes the fix is a big job but more often they propose a fairly easy resolution.
The plumber showed up at the scheduled time, fix the problem quickly, And went on his way and left us with a wonderfully fixed toilet.
It was super easy to schedule with the office, and Esvin was efficient, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. Will definitely with with them again!
