Water heater stopped working in the evening. I called Fast Response next morning at 7:30am and the tech came by 9:30am to access (9-11 window) then came back with new unit and replaced by 1:00pm. Tech was very friendly answering my questions over a couple of calls. Highly professional and efficient!
