I been depending on FR Plumbing for years, always fast and dependable! Jim
We had a great experience with Fast Response Plumbing replacing our water heater with a new Bradford White 50-gallon unit. Our technician, Tim, was very communicative, punctual, friendly, and easy to work with from start to finish. We also had a nice conversation about his background, which made the experience even…
I've used Fast Response for years. I find their staff to be consistently professional and friendly, and the whole company appears to be dedicated to a high quality of work. There is no over-selling here - sometimes the fix is a big job but more often they propose a fairly easy resolution.
I did the water heater installation with them Everything was done very quickly and very well I also had this issue with discharge and they gave me discount for jettisoning the pipes and did it before the heater installation
I always use Fast Response for all plumbing related issues in multiple buildings! They are fast and professional. Billy and Joe are especially great!
The hype is real. FRP&R responded to my cries for help and had a technician over the same day to diagnose the issue and offer a solution. The next morning our water heater was replaced and the old one was taken away. The technician's explanation made sense and helped in my decision making. Their quote was fair and…
Fast Response Plumbing has been my automatic plumbing service call for many years. They are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I highly recommend them
Fast Responds was professional and courteous. They came as scheduled. Keep work area clean. They made sure all is working properly as expected. Well done! Thank you!
Great communication, prompt visit for a very reasonable quote far less than others and timely scheduling of work which was performed quickly and completely. Especially a repair which others were not able to do, they did quickly and effectively for a very reasonable price.
Water heater stopped working in the evening. I called Fast Response next morning at 7:30am and the tech came by 9:30am to access (9-11 window) then came back with new unit and replaced by 1:00pm. Tech was very friendly answering my questions over a couple of calls. Highly professional and efficient!
I had a new water heater installed and working flawlessly within 3 hours of calling Fast Response. CJ was punctual, had all the right correct equipment, and got the job done lightning fast. Definitely recommend Fast Response Plumning.
Great company! Super responsive and accommodating to more urgent situations. We’ve used them for multiple issues and have been more than happy with the services provided.
I called at 7:30am and got a two hour window from 8am to 10am for someone to come by. Got a text from Yefrin at around 8:40am that he was on his way. Once he got here I explained the problem and we determined that I need a new water heater. He tried getting me a replacement on warranty but our warranty expired…
The best in town. They've snaked drains, replaced hot water heaters, and other stuff too. Fair prices and fast service! Thanks Tim!
Great response, showed up the next day, installed water heater and all works great.
I’ve called upon Fast Response Plumbing a number of times now for both my residence, as well as a rental unit I own in San Bruno. They have fixed a dripping bathroom sink faucet, replaced the internal mechanism for a bathtub drain, and cleaned out grease buildup in a kitchen sink pipe. Additionally they worked…
The Fast Response Plumbing is a real fast response company. Bill from Fast Response provides quick and quality service.
I have called these guys so many times and they’re always amazing. Quick to respond, quick to resolve the issue, and fair pricing. They are great!
It was super easy to schedule and work with Joe and the team were recommended by our realtor. Quick response and helped us replace our tankless water heater. David led the project and the team worked quickly. Managed to work through occasional rain showers, so appreciated their efforts to power through so that we can get hot water back.
Great experience with this establishment! Called in the morning to have my water heater repaired. Edwin showed up in two hours, checked the burner and determined that we need a new burner and immediately called his distributers to check the warranty and used it to get me the part covered under warranty and charge…
My third time hiring them. Flawless each time. I don’t even bother to get competing bids. It’s so easy knowing a plumbing service I can trust. Thanks! Just scored again replacing my brokien water heater the same day I called them.
I called in the morning and the water heater was replaced by 4 PM same day with excellent workmanship, terrific customer service and a great warranty. Joe, the owner was responsive and made me feel cared about, and Tim, the technician was on time, experienced, and did an exceptional job replacing my leaking water heater. Highly recommend them!
Great service, value, and really cares about the customer.
Used several times. Always responsive and easy to schedule within a day or two. Professional and quick service. Recommend.
Water heater broke on a Saturday and they came over the weekend to address the problem right away. Very professional, communicative and on time with each visit. Would highly recommend!
Simply the best
I work for a property management/maintenance company and we've been really blessed having found Fast Response Plumbing. We've worked with them for several years now and they remain our #1 go to plumbing company. We've even used their services in our own homes. We highly recommend them! You will not be disappointed!
This company is great. I have a few businesses in SF and have struggled to find reliable plumbers for ages. I found Fast Response and was so happy with their service. They were fast and efficient and communicated really clearly about the issues and solutions. They also did excellent work and even showed up on a Saturday to complete the project. Amazing.
They came out the same day I called and promptly installed a new water heater. The price was very fair. The installation was perfect. Highly recommended. And Bill and Joe are gentlemen!
Billy was great! I made an appointment with the company to do the annual plumbing inspection for my 4 unit building in San Francisco. He was knowledgeable as he went through each unit and inspected all faucets and tubs. He gave me the "heads-up " of upgrades I might want to put in my future budget. We had 1…
Give them a call. Tim showed up the next day and installed a new water heater. Really fast, super thorough and really enjoyed their customer service. I saved their card and will only use them and will continue to refer them to my family and friends. Price is good too.
Fast Response Plumbing definitely lived up its name. I got a referral from a neighbor when one of my water heaters went out. Tim came a few hours later the same day to assess the problem. He pointed out that the water heater was way too old and he replaced it (and another one) the next day before 5pm. I was very…
Great job by the Fast Action response team. I needed to have our water heater replaced. Ed did the installation and was wonderful. Ed knocked on my door wearing a mask and holding a business card that's when I realized that we are in good hands. A Great way to start a house call. Trust was established…
Ed was great! He showed up on time for the estimate, was patient with my questions, gave clear explanations and once I was happy with the quote he performed clean work on schedule and left a clean work site. He took the time afterwards to explain what he had done, what had changed, and what to do in different…
