I've used Fast Response for years. I find their staff to be consistently professional and friendly, and the whole company appears to be dedicated to a high quality of work. There is no over-selling here - sometimes the fix is a big job but more often they propose a fairly easy resolution.

Water heater stopped working in the evening. I called Fast Response next morning at 7:30am and the tech came by 9:30am to access (9-11 window) then came back with new unit and replaced by 1:00pm.
