Very fast service. Mac came and out the gate told us if it was the control panel it would around ~$500 from the start so we’d know. He ended replacing that and another part he did free of charge and put on a piece we never bothered to install ourselves. Quick, easy and honest

My dishwasher was leaking. Mack came to look, diagnosed the problem as a leaking hose and drain. Spent quite a bit of time fixing and testing to make sure the job was done correctly. Very pleased with his service and would recommend him and Fasteny to my friends and family.

Mac and Rick came in on a Saturday when our dryer went out. They were prompt and courteous. They ordered the parts necessary and were back to fix it on Monday!
