Wonderful service! Highly recommend! My dog has bad anxiety and is really nervous when it comes to getting groomed. Most places don’t want to deal with him, I’ve been told he can’t come back. Then we found Jen. Jen is very loving and patient with my dog. Hearing he “did great!” Is so refreshing! He also looks and smells incredible after every appointment!
Jen did an excellent job on my Yorkie. I appreciate the extra time she took and how gentle she was with my Lucy - we will definitely be back!!
I'm so thankful for Felines and Friends! Jenny is so nice and gentle with my dog, Essie. Essie was so comfortable there as the setting is quiet and very clean. I was looking for a new groomer and happened upon them through google and I couldn't have picked a better place. Essie looks so good and I can tell she…
Jen has groomed our springer spaniel for years now, and she does an outstanding job. Her knowledge of effective grooming techniques is deep, her gentle way with the dogs is highly effective, and she manages to keep the humans happy too! We have loved working with her and cannot recommend her highly enough.
Jen has been grooming our dog Luna since she was a puppy. Jen is a professional and compassionate groomer who is devoted to excellent service. She does an exemplary job with her and has helped calm our dog's anxiety during the process. I highly recommend her!
We’ve been lucky enough to have Jen groom our dogs, Bear and Joey, every 6 weeks for about five years, and she is truly exceptional! Before we found her, Bear would tremble on grooming days, but with Jen, that all changed—he grew to love the experience so much that he’d even run to her door when we strolled by on…
Jen is amazing!! I’ve had other groomers in the past years, but none of them have ever treated my furbabies like they were their own, until I met Jen. If I could give Jen 100 stars ⭐️ I would!
Jen was my very difficult dog’s groomer for 5 years before moving. He went from absolutely dreading the groomer to walking g right in with a wiggly butt and tail as soon as he saw/smelled Jen. He is a rare breed and Jen did an excellent job making sure his cuts were in line with how his breed needs to be done. She…
Jen's given an exceptional level of care to my beautiful English Springer Spaniel, Finn. From her knowledge of the breed to her love of my pup since 10 wks old, Jen will be terribly missed. But we all wish her great success with the new shop!
I can’t recommend Jen as a groomer enough! Jen has been grooming my dogs for years (I sought her back out after getting a new puppy because she consistently had my old guy looking perfect). Not only does my pup come home looking perfect, but both my dogs Jen has groomed run into the salon thrilled to be there. She’s…
My Bella is a spoiled, sassy, brat diva Husky who hates every aspect of being groomed. I once had a groomer call me and say Bella would not let them do anything so come get her. Then I met Jen. Bella loves Jen, and even allows nail clips, and tail brushes! Let me just say, getting this floof factory groomed on a…
Jen has been grooming my Silky Terrier, Augustus, for almost 4 years and we are so grateful for every experience! She knows and works so well with animals and always gives us everything we wanted with his haircuts! He is always so excited to see Jen and I couldn’t recommend this business more! Go see Jen!!
My Aussiedoodle Chloe has been with Jen since she was a puppy! The relationship she has built with my baby is number one- they love each other ❤️ The way she makes Chloe pretty every time and adds a fun Mohawk for her makes my heart soar. We love Jen!
San Diego, you have no idea how lucky you are to have Jen now in your area. Jen groomed my malshipoo, Bandit, since he was a puppy and for the following four years in Denver. She was so caring and loving with Bandit and he always looked great. We will miss her dearly and you have gained an exceptional groomer in…
Jen is fantastic. Our pup loves her and has been going to Jen for 4+ years. She is attentive, careful and makes our pup feel comfortable. Highly recommend!
Jen has been amazing with my doodle Snickers. She is always super friendly & caring towards snickers who is a little bit scared of going to the groomer. He always looks great & I 100% recommend!
Jen has been grooming our mini goldendoodle for years (puppy to 3 yr old). We love her, and she has done an awesome job for us. Our pup started out nervous about going to the groomer and quickly became her right-hand-man, sticking closely by her side wherever she went throughout her work day :) She is very…
