Great experience. Marc was awesome. Would use Fenn again and refer to family and friends.
I use them every 3 months to spray the outside of my house. Never seen a bug in my house ever since. Just wish the arrival window was more narrow. They say they will arrive between 8am to 5pm when scheduled.
I use the pest control service. Recently they have dropped the 4 hours window to come service your house. If you have a pool, and need to keep your gates locked it doesn't work unless you want to be hostage at your home between the hours of 8am-6pm.
It was very easy to connect with Fenn. They were recommended by a friend and I contacted them through Yelp. Responses were quick and easy, clear and thorough as well. We had an appointment set on a Saturday from 12-4. Unfortunately, our agent came later than 4 but Simon informed us and kept in touch throughout.…

Technician performed a quarterly outside whole house spray. Technician was friendly and did great job, didn't miss an inch. It's been our good fortune to have been a Fenn customer for decades.
