I had some issues with Fenn at first, but received a call from their Operations Manager Sonia. She apologized for the confusion, seemed genuinely upset for the problems and took care of them. She also let me know about products and treatments that I had never been told were available. I would now recommend Fenn to my neighbors and friends.

Great email communication from first contact to inspection, inspection was very professional, on-time, felt very knowledgeable and trustworthy.
Marcus was helpful, professional, and courteous. He walked us through the treatment and what to expect. And, the treatment seems to be working.

I use them every 3 months to spray the outside of my house. Never seen a bug in my house ever since. Just wish the arrival window was more narrow. They say they will arrive between 8am to 5pm when scheduled.
