We went to Ferrell’s to get our missionary’s clothing and I was impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful they were. We had a last-minute wardrobe malfunction as our son was doing home MTC and they were awesome about helping us get him all straightened out before he left. I highly recommend them!
It's really great to be able to just walk into the store and have really skilled employees who can accurately size you and get you the right suit the first time. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in town.

A perfect fitting suit, supplied via possibly the best service I have ever experienced anywhere in the world. When my suit didn't make it to the plane on my way into Idaho Falls, I made a cold call to Ferrell's. Dana helped me to select a suit over the phone, alter it based on a description of my height, weight, and build, and hand deliver to me at the airport car rental counter the moment I landed. A level of service I've never before experienced. Do yourself a favor and go to Ferrell's - they will go the extra mile to take care of you!

Went in yesterday morning with the intent of just assessing the store and deciding if that is where I wanted to buy a suit. Dana answered my questions about what type of products were available. He also recommended a couple of other places in town to consider—who does that? Went back in the afternoon with my wife with the intention of ordering a custom made suit. Dana discussed that with me and also provided other options that allowed me to walkout with 2 suits, one black and one blue, two white shirts, a tie, a belt, a pair of suspenders, two pairs of socks, two packages of handkerchiefs, a nice pair of shoes and maybe one or two other things that I forgot for less than I’d planned to pay to order a custom made suit. That’s what I got. Farrell’s got a loyal customer. Couldn’t recommend more highly! And if that’s not enough to convince you to shop there, consider that you’d be supporting a local business.
