My fiance and I decided to use Fidelity to perform a pre-drywall inspection on our new construction home in San Antonio. Fidelity assigned Jay Kendall to our home and he was very thorough. Impressed by thoroughness of the inspection & report. Michael Street explained his findings as my family & I paged through the inspection report with him. Highly recommend for Austin/San Antionio/San Marcos area.
I want to start this off with the fact that this is my first time going through this process as a first time buyer and as nerve wracking the whole process is, everyone I interacted with at Fidelity definitely made it a smooth process. The booking process was easy and simple to follow. Micheal reached out to confirm…
Fidelity Home Inspection provided a detailed builders warranty inspection for our home. Michael is the best inspector out there! The builder of the home he inspected for us even said he wanted to use him when he builds his own home. His exact words were, “This inspector is elite.” He is so right. Michael is very kind, and extremely thorough. We are so greateful for the job he did for us. Don’t waste your time with any other inspector!
Michael was amazing going over all the different findings in the inspection. We really felt more assured on what to do as well and the Fidelity team really makes you feel comfortable and informed about what you're getting yourself into. Pictures of everything are provided to really help you see everything they found.

Our inspector was prompt and helpful. Would recommend for home inspector in and near San Antonio.
Very responsive, report was quickly generated, and he called and explained everything with me. I appreciated his services during our home build.
We met Michael Street when he was hired by the buyers of the home we were selling. The inspection report he produced was thorough and professional. So much so, that we hired him to inspect our new, just built home prior to closing. He, once again produced an excellent report. Surely saving us time, money and…
I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to make an exception for Michael Street. If you’re looking for a reliable home inspector in San Antonio, he is absolutely the one to call. Michael Street is, without a doubt, the best inspector I’ve ever worked with. He was incredibly thorough and professional. He also took the time to walk me through every detail of his finding to ensure I fully understood them. He pointed out numerous issues I would have never noticed on my own. I feel very fortunate to have found this company.

Beyond excellent service. We needed an inspection, and had no idea where to start. We searched home inspector San Antonio, and Fidelity caught our attention. Michael Street was my inspector. Very professional and thorough in my inspection, tested systems the whole way through and very knowledgeable on building codes. This inspection is going to save me far more than it costed to get.
Very thorough inspection. Helped substantially address issues of concern with the seller. Also they were very friendly and spent considerable time going over and explaining the issues in the report to me. Highly recommend.
Inspected the afternoon I call. Needed last minute inspection and they were on it immediately.
Home Inspector North Austin! Michael our inspector was great. Treated us as if we were a family member buying a home. He was able to complete our inspection report on the home we purchased in a very short notice. Both him and the intake specialist on the phone Mike built confidence in the process and I knew I would…
Home Inspector San Antonio
Home Inspection - San Antonio Fantastic interaction. Simple communication, handled the entire process even though I'm in a different city, and great report / follow-up.
Home Inspector San Antonio: Justin did a fantastic job on our new home build inspection. Brought up a lot of points to question and review with builder to repair.
A must!! Excellent pre-drywall inspection report. Well articulated and easy to understand report. Justin Bernal did an excellent job answering our questions and going through the report wit us. Justin founds things you shouldn't be able to find in a new construction!! Well done!
The seller told me that when you hire someone to look for problems that they'll find problems, which is just what the inspector did. Justin found things I wouldn't even think of looking for. The repair costs that will be covered by the seller make the service well worth the money.
Justin was amazing!! So thorough and answered all of our questions caught things that I didn’t even notice and taught us how to look at the report with the builders hands-down a great first time experience thank you Justin!
Justin was amazing with our inspection!! Will definitely refer them to our family and friends.
We looked for a long time to find the best inspector and we came across Fidelity Home Inspection. Hiring Michael for our home inspection was one of the best decisions we made—perhaps even better than deciding on the house itself! His inspection was incredibly thorough. Even our veteran realtor commented that they…
Justin Bernal our third party home inspector in San Antonio Tx did a fenomenal job. He really had an eye for spotting issues with our new build ranging from large issues to the smallest imperfections. I’d highly recommend Fidelity Home Inspections and would definitely use them again.
I found this company from searching home inspections near me, and I saw a video of them pointing out things that seemed to go beyond a normal inspection. After my inspection with Justin I can say the report/summary you receive is very detailed and professional. He noted several issues in our house that needed to be…
Justin did a thorough inspection and communicated his findings clearly. We highly recommend!
I was a little skeptical at first when looking for a home inspector, but Justin with Fidelity Home Inspectors made everything super easy. He was friendly, professional, and explained things clearly. I had a new home inspection, sewer line scope, and termite inspection done and he handled it all really well. Definitely recommend!
I was in the midst of purchasing a new build and running against time. I was a bit hesitant at first because the service was on the pricier side but I am so so happy that I chose Fidelity. Michael was professional, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure…
Michael S. was very thorough and knowledgeable, he took the time to explain everything to us! Will be calling him for our 11 month inspection for our new home!
As a first time home buyer, Justin helped and explained the inspection report down to the T. Highly recommend!!
Great service from Carl. He is very professional and detailed. The report was amazing and easy to follow.
Carl was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained the inspection results in a way I could understand.
Used this company for my new construction home and I was pleasantly surprised. I put in an inquiry on their web site and someone promptly responded. Easy to schedule, constantly updated me prior to scheduled date to confirm, showed up on time and walked around with builder. Good clear definitive report. Would use them again.
Thorough and very detailed inspection report. Mike explained the report in detail and had observed things that we couldn’t have seen or noticed. I feel like I know a lot now. I will recommend and use his services again.
Best compliment I can give is that I plan to have them come back out for the 11 month warranty survey. Great service, they are very thorough with their work. On top of the report, gave us advice on things to do to make maintaining and selling the house easier when the time comes.
I would recommend Fidelity inspection to anyone I know who’s looking for inspector for any reason at all. They were worth every penny. I am buying an older home built in 1940) that has been nearly entirely renovated and was very uncertain of what I was getting into. Michael went through every detail of the home with…
This group is great! I got immediate help from Lisa. She's very responsive and helpful! Carl did my frame and final inspection. He was very thorough and explained everything to me, including things I will need to do to maintain my home. I will definitely be calling Fidelity Home Inspection for my 1qth month warranty inspection. Highly recommend!
Michael was very helpful in completing a third party inspection on my new home! His ability to test the foundation was what brought me to his service, but the added benefits are what will be the reason I’ll also recommend him. His inspection service was able to pinpoint several things that needed corrected before I…
Carl was extremely professional and kind. He explained everything thoroughly and understood that I was a first time home buyer. I am very thankful that he was my inspector-he gave me multiple recommendations that I felt were extremely useful. I will for sure use Fidelity in the future. Thank you!!

Our family just moved from California to San Antonio and we’re in the process of closing on our new home in the area. I am a first time homebuyer so the whole home buying process is all new to me. I had put an offer on a property and was unsure of what home inspector to use since there were so many available. I saw Michael Street's reviews on google and was kind of skeptical at first. I thought maybe it was a trick or something to…
The Fidelity team has been a wonderful company to work with. Carl was thorough with our inspection and was able to walk us through the process and corrections that needed to be made. We look forward to working with them again for our final inspection.
Professional and very detailed, which is what you want with a home inspector. The builder commented that they were the best inspector they have worked with. The reports were concise and easy for the builder to follow like a punch list. I was a little apprehensive using an inspector for a new build but the items…
Very punctual and thorough with quick turn around time with photos/videos of the inspection.
Great inspection. My only gripe is it’s really difficult to get in touch with the inspector and I had to hunt him down to go over my report. Otherwise, they found a lot of important imperfections in my brand new built home. I will not be closing on it until Fidelity says it’s good to go. Thank you, Fidelity.
He was on time and spent every minute assure my home was taken care of
Carl & Lisa got us scheduled and taken care of in a few days. Carl was very through in his inspection and addressed all the concerns we had.
