Hired Fidelity based on Google reviews, they weren't the cheapest but well worth the cost when looking for a detailed home inspector in San Antonio and surrounding areas. MIichael and his partner were able to come out quickly within our contingency period & gave a thorough report which included the foundation and…
THOROUGH. That is the word I would use to describe Fidelity Home Inspection. I was so glad to see that the home inspection was done with a true sense of full coverage and not just a fly-by, in-and-out service. You get what you pay for these days and I am completely satisfied that Fidelity covered all the right…
We were referred to the copy by our realtor and very happy with the service. Michael Street was our San Antonio home inspector and he was very thorough. His report kept us from making a $80k mistake. If you want the best home inspection, ask for Michael.

We hired Fidelity Home Inspection to do a full home inspection before purchasing a home. Our inspector Carl Johnson was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. His inspection was very thorough and he spent the time to go over all findings in his report with me. I highly recommend Fidelity for any home inspection needs. Thanks again Carl!
I was given the name of Michael Street by multiple people to do the inspection on the house we are purchasing. I texted him on a Sunday night and he responded quickly that I should call first thing in the morning. In the AM, Lisa helped me out and sent Carl out at 10 AM. By 12:30 we knew all the things we needed to…
Michael and the staff at FHS got our inspection scheduled promptly and were very responsive. Michael was on time and identified some issues we were able to get resolved. A very streamlined process and satisfied with the results.

Are you kidding me?! Michael Street, the owner, is so impressive with his relaxed yet attentive character and shared critical points coming from his background experience in remodeling and passion for his job. It was and still is currently a seller's market we were in a rush and went with our agent's suggested inspector. We were not satisfied with the thoroughness and detail so we paid an additional $500 or so (can't recall the price) to have Mike and Fidelity Home Inspection come check out our potential home. We…
