My technician, Eric did a great job in helping me understand what the root cause of the termite issue was. He gave me various options and advised me to contact the HOA since I am in a condo which would have them take care of the issue. He was overall very helpful.!

Spoke with Colton initially who was prompt and very informative. Broke the process down nicely. Michael arrived early on scene for our appt. Highly professional, friendly and did a great job.
