For a few years now I’ve been bringing my vehicles to this location. From problematic older vehicles with multiple repairs, to newer vehicles just coming in for an oil change. Brian has always been the one I’ve talked with when I show up for my 8AM appointments. Outstanding manager with great people skills. Work…
Great tire service.
I have been coming to the Ann rd Firestone for years. Brian and his team are amazing. Always friendly and they make you feel welcome. Brian has always taken care of my cars and I have always recommended this Firestone to everyone I know.
Dennis helped a lot and I didn't pay a dime. All payments went to the insurance. The service is accurate, fast and reliable. You're an angel.
These guys are amazing and they didn’t charge me for how easy the repair was on my car. (Check image for Auto Tech description) I will definitely be coming back to this place every time my car needs to be serviced.
The mechanics and staff at Firestone have always gone above and beyond just looking at my car. They have recommended services and performed services that were necessary. Always on time.
Worked really well around my tight time constraint schedule, especially after unexpected issues arised. Adding to this comment. Turns out the previous diagnosis was incomplete and i needed a new engine cause of blown head gasket. The managers Adam and Brian were very accommodating and their technician Alex was very…
Always got good service & very attentive. I’ve brought all 4 of my cars here for basic oil changes to big mechanical breaks downs & they’ve always gotten me taken care of. Definitely recommend.
I brought my car in for the oil light being on, they found a leak in my filter housing and my axel boot was torn (which i didn't ask them to check) I authorized the work to be done $1530 later, I get the car back immediately the light comes back on I take it back and now it's the oil pressure switch, or the pump.…
This is my second time going to this location and I have been pleased both times I trust this location to repair my car correctly the first time and the Mechanic here knows there stuff especially for my baby 2009 VOLVO S80.
I can always get my cars serviced quickly and correctly. During this yearly inspection the team was able to locate a leaky gasket well before it turned into a major repair. Certainly a "spend a few pennies now to save a few dollars later" situation and that's why i take my cars here
Amazing service! Honest diagnostics, finally no rip-off. Skilled mechanics
I live in California and my daughter lives in Las Vegas, she has been going to Firestone since 2017 and they have always been straight forward, helpful and considerate when she had to bring her car in. Brian is wonderful he went beyond the call of duty to help us figure out why something wasn't working correctly…
My car has lots of issues and while visiting I didn’t feel overly pressured to fix everything right away. They did a diagnostic for me and I feel confident they found the issue
