I have been coming to the Ann rd Firestone for years. Brian and his team are amazing. Always friendly and they make you feel welcome. Brian has always taken care of my cars and I have always recommended this Firestone to everyone I know.

Quick and easy
Always got good service & very attentive. I’ve brought all 4 of my cars here for basic oil changes to big mechanical breaks downs & they’ve always gotten me taken care of. Definitely recommend.
Brian, the manager is so helpful and trustworthy. This shop is the only place I’ll take my vehicles and I recommend this shop to my friends and family.
I was kinda a needy customer with a lot of questions but Brian (front desk) and Alex (mechanic) were so patient with me and transparent about the work they were recommending with the pricing and what was more of just an fyi but recs for other things to get done sooner than later—they were great! Will go back.
Waited several hours to have my car serviced and I had an appointment. Then they couldn’t finish the job and they’re scheduling me to go to another location and see if they can finish the job. And I don’t know if they can even do the job. I don’t spend all my free time in a lobby waiting for my car to be done.

I specifically make appointments so that I can get my car in early and worked on as quick as possible. So when I come in for an appointment at 0900 to get something as easy as a TPMS sensor replaced I expect to be in and out within an hour. That did not happen.
