Called to search for a tire that not even the dealership had and immediately I knew I was in the right hands. Mr. Brian got on the search and came back with the solid win. He found a rare tire that I had been searching for two days. To add a cherry on top, the price was cheaper than the dealership would’ve charged me.
Great customer service, efficient, and clean!!! Thanks Kou and Alex for being awesome..

I can always get my cars serviced quickly and correctly. During this yearly inspection the team was able to locate a leaky gasket well before it turned into a major repair. Certainly a "spend a few pennies now to save a few dollars later" situation and that's why i take my cars here
Quick and easy! Thank you for the help
Brain was great, really honest and communicative. No appointment and he got me in but informed me there was a little wait which was ok. Got the service done and picked up my car.

I live in California and my daughter lives in Las Vegas, she has been going to Firestone since 2017 and they have always been straight forward, helpful and considerate when she had to bring her car in. Brian is wonderful he went beyond the call of duty to help us figure out why something wasn't working correctly…
So far this particular location has been good to me. They are thorough and communicate very well. The customer service the minute you walk in, has also been on point. Thank you for a job well done. Definitely don't mind driving up here to this location.
