For a few years now I’ve been bringing my vehicles to this location. From problematic older vehicles with multiple repairs, to newer vehicles just coming in for an oil change. Brian has always been the one I’ve talked with when I show up for my 8AM appointments. Outstanding manager with great people skills. Work…
I’ve been coming to Firestone for years, and they’ve always taken good care of me and my vehicles. Whether it’s regular maintenance or unexpected car issues, I’ve consistently received great, reliable service. The staff is helpful, professional, and I appreciate having a place I can trust with my car. Definitely recommend!
Got my vehicle aligned at another firestone location about a month or so ago and they didn’t get it quite right. Decided to bring it to the Ann Rd and Decatur location (heard good things). All I got to say is Chris and his team did a killer job! Got me taken care of about an hour and a half ahead of schedule and…
This firestone has always done right by me every time I take one of my vehicles to them
Chris did an awesome job with the alignment of my truck. Which was tricky since another garage had already "done" an alignment and screwed it up royally. Big thanks to Chris for great work and doing exactly as I asked of him. My only note is if you are going to schedule an appointment try and make it for the…
I have been coming to the Ann rd Firestone for years. Brian and his team are amazing. Always friendly and they make you feel welcome. Brian has always taken care of my cars and I have always recommended this Firestone to everyone I know.
Always honest and professional.
Well, I will probably be reaching out to fire Stone corporate. I went in for a tire alignment, and I saw them looking underneath the hood of my car and doing an inspection. First of all, I never approved this second of all they did not have my permission. Alignment is not under the hood. It is underneath the car.…
Great crew, fast and friendly service.
They were amazing! Same day appointment. Something was wrong with the tire, they inspected the vehicle and found that the tire was not round. Cleaned my back brakes, did fuel injector, balanced the tires. Very nice and polite, great conversation. Made me feel at home. Honest, saved me $, and worked on my car same…
Fantastic customer service 👍🏾
Had a great experience today, Chris explained what was needed and took care of everything.
Online booking is easy and efficient. Shop staff communicated issues understandably and quickly.
Always got good service & very attentive. I’ve brought all 4 of my cars here for basic oil changes to big mechanical breaks downs & they’ve always gotten me taken care of. Definitely recommend.
Firestone on Ann Rd is the absolute best, I literally walked in at closing time & they took care of me right away! Adam explained to me what was going on with my vehicle & fixed it right away!! 10 out 10 experience! Thank you so much Adam & Carl for all your help! I will definitely be coming back for all future repairs.
Very friendly and great service!
Pretty quick compared to other places. Adam Broxterman, the service manager was super nice and super helpful. Was able to answer all questions. First time coming here and I’ll definitely be coming back.
This is my second time going to this location and I have been pleased both times I trust this location to repair my car correctly the first time and the Mechanic here knows there stuff especially for my baby 2009 VOLVO S80.
In coming in from another state and needed alignment on car. I couldn’t believe how polite. Courteous and professional all the staff were. What a delight having to deal with a company that believes in customer service 👍
Awesome and honest crew! They offered extra services but weren’t pushy about upselling which I can appreciate greatly! The sales people were honest about everything. Which I greatly appreciate. Thank you guys!!
