Rovy was great. Professional, kind, and just an all around pleasure to be around. He towed my 2001 Toyota Tacoma, he treated me like a customer and not just another tow on a list of tows. His knowledge was impressive. If you have a Telsa (which I do not) you need to use this guy. I had no idea there was so…

Great guy. Did everything he could to tow the car and not damage anything. Super polite, good price as well.

I called multiple places for a quote and by far were the best option. They were extremely careful, friendly and explained everything well. No damage to driveway, car or anything else. Other Tracy Tow services were rude on the first call but not them. If I need a tow, I will only be calling them from now on. These type of businesses are rare!
Best experience ever! Great service & very helpful & friendly!

His knowledge was impressive. If you have a Telsa (which I do not) you need to use this guy. I had no idea there was so many steps in towing one. But he told me all about them and towing one isn't as simple as just hooking it up and driving off. He has over 24 years of expierence. As long as I live here and if I need a tow, he's getting my call everytime.
