Rovy was very communicative and responsive. Probably the best tow truck experience I’ve had!
Rovy was great. Professional, kind, and just an all around pleasure to be around. He towed my 2001 Toyota Tacoma, he treated me like a customer and not just another tow on a list of tows. His knowledge was impressive. If you have a Telsa (which I do not) you need to use this guy. I had no idea there was so…
I called multiple places for a quote and by far were the best option. They were extremely careful, friendly and explained everything well. No damage to driveway, car or anything else. Other Tracy Tow services were rude on the first call but not them. If I need a tow, I will only be calling them from now on. These type of businesses are rare!
Very good service very nice person highly recommend

Responds pretty fast and he's a very nice guy, he tries to help in every aspect, and the price is reasonable, I'd recommend if you have an emergency
Second time I've used his service. Super friendly, quick and professional. I highly recommend.
I don’t usually write reviews, but this one really matters to me. First Call Towing Services isn’t just a company—it’s one hardworking guy out there doing everything he can for his family and his customers. You can tell right away this isn’t just a job for him, it’s something he takes pride in. He went completely…
Very quick to pick up car, and prices were better than other services in area.
