Rovy was very communicative and responsive. Probably the best tow truck experience I’ve had!
Rovy was great. Professional, kind, and just an all around pleasure to be around. He towed my 2001 Toyota Tacoma, he treated me like a customer and not just another tow on a list of tows. His knowledge was impressive. If you have a Telsa (which I do not) you need to use this guy. I had no idea there was so…
I called multiple places for a quote and by far were the best option. They were extremely careful, friendly and explained everything well. No damage to driveway, car or anything else. Other Tracy Tow services were rude on the first call but not them. If I need a tow, I will only be calling them from now on. These type of businesses are rare!

I was looking for a quote and called several places, First Call had the best quotes, I do admit i was going with a different company, whom wait time was 60-90 minutes, as I was waiting (already 70 minutes in) for said company First Call called me and notified me if i was still looking for services. They took my…
