Rovy was very communicative and responsive. Probably the best tow truck experience I’ve had!
Rovy was great. Professional, kind, and just an all around pleasure to be around. He towed my 2001 Toyota Tacoma, he treated me like a customer and not just another tow on a list of tows. His knowledge was impressive. If you have a Telsa (which I do not) you need to use this guy. I had no idea there was so…
I called multiple places for a quote and by far were the best option. They were extremely careful, friendly and explained everything well. No damage to driveway, car or anything else. Other Tracy Tow services were rude on the first call but not them. If I need a tow, I will only be calling them from now on. These type of businesses are rare!

The overall towing and drop off was very quick and he made sure that the tire shop I got dropped off at would be able to help me. Made a bad day feel a little easier, thanks Rovy!

Rovy is one of the kindest people I’ve come across in terms of finding a towing company. Before even taking us in, he asked us possible ways for my car to start but unfortunately my car wouldn’t turn on. He was very gentle with my car and displayed an professionalism (he was even wearing professional clothing which…

The owner, Rovy, is awesome. As mentioned previously, he cared about my car more than I did. Very meticulous. Even the receipt he provided was detailed. I hope I never have to have my car towed again, but if I do, First Call Towing Service will be my first call.
I phoned First Call Towing on a busy Saturday afternoon for my disabled car and my first pleasant surprise was that they could come in just over an hour and quoted me a very fair price for towing. Rovy arrived exactly when he said he would. Rovy is a gentleman, professional, and very pleasant person to deal with. He…
Very professional. Arrived on time and handled the vehicle with extra care and professionalism. Strongly recommend!
My car battery died, called for a round of battery jump start service and a round of tow service, neither are able to move the car around at all. Rovy was prompt, very friendly and supportive like a friend. He was also very upfront and accurate with the cost. Highly recommend his service
Great Service and experience. I called due to an unexpected transmission failure. Roby gave me an estimate of 25 minutes to be there at the site. He was there about 10 minutes earlier - which is great! He was professional and courteous, Would absolutely recommend them.
Best tow experience ever. Efficient and professional! My car suddenly stopped working and I called several tow companies before calling First Call and I'm so GLAD that I called them.
