Excellent job and very professional! Austin and Bryce were great!

This is the second time I’ve used First Serve Cleaning for my white sofa and wool area rug. The team did a fantastic job and were very professional and courteous. My sofa and rug look amazing! I will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

Very profesional, responsive, thoughtful, staff took his time to explain the job to satisfaction.

Very good Company.

First Serve did it again! They are very professional and they do an awesome job! They care about making a customer happy and this customer is.

I took 3 rugs to be cleaned and one was an Oriental. It had some pet stains that I could not get out. They cleaned all my rugs and they look gorgeous. I highly recommend this service. Very very satisfied.

The workers were very professional and courteous. Their work was very excellent. They communicated throughout the entire process.

I can not say enough good things about this company. Excellent work and customer service.

Solomon and Austin were great. They were professional, respectful and efficient in their time. Will use this service in the future.

They always do a great job! I’ve used them for years.

My experience with First Service was very professional and polite in a timely manner, they even place my rug in place and return my calls. Pick up and deliver times were very prompt. I recommend them to anyone and very cost affective. And thank you again.

Very friendly. Great results. Will call again and already recommended to a friend. My house looks and smells amazing.

Mark and Bryce very professional

Carpet cleaning just as expected. The guys were professional and very nice. The area rugs; WOW 😯 I can only imagine how much dirt came off of them because they look brand new!! So happy!

From the first phone call with Angie, their service rep, to pick up and delivery, First Serve did an excellent job of handling the clean of my wool rug. The two gentlemen who delivered the rug after cleaning were very patient and made certain it was just as I wanted it positioned. The rug looks great and smells good! No more doggy smell. Thanks!!

Very thorough and professional. Got an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Looks great for the upcoming holiday family gatherings

They were friendly and was quick. I was surprised how quick they were done.

WOW, just WOW! Dogs got very sick on carpet installed 2 weeks prior. I just moved to Carmel, IN. and had no idea who to call. Got on Google search. They responded immediately. Mark and Solomon showed up, did the cleanup in less than an hour, including two area rugs I added on. Smell and stains, GONE. Great service, on time, two techs who were great.

This company is by far the best I've ever used. I will never trust any other company to clean my 2 huge rugs and upholstered furniture. My rugs were double wrapped in heavy brown paper. I've never had that done before. The guys were very professional and my rugs look beautiful. Thanks First Serve!

Looks and smell great.
