I appreciate them. They did the best they could our carpets look great there were some challenges, but they took time to make it look the best they could, and they considered miscommunication about the number of rugs that were supposed to be cleaned.

I was was not completely satisfied with the cleaning that was done. I was disappointed that the two men that performed the service refused to pull out a furniture item so that they could clean the carpet behind the furniture item!
They were earlier than expected, but they moved a couple pieces of furniture for me and put blocks underneath furniture feet to prevent any potential staining. Quick and professional.
Came home to my bifold door broken off the track. I made sure they were closed before I left for work. They were in good working condition.
