A wonderful and thorough job as always! I highly recommend First Serve!

Solomon and Austin did a great job! On time, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this group!

Wonderful job as usual!

The technicians were great. Numerous stains removed and the carpet looks great.

We had First Serve do carpet and bathroom floor cleaning in our office building (it has a metal fab. shop attached so can get quite dirty over time). It had been 5+ years since the last professional cleaning. First Serve did a quick estimate, sent the estimate back same day, and I was able to have it scheduled for… Read full review

The 2 technicians were great! Timely, professional and communicated what the process was very clearly. Thanks!

Very professional guys. We have used this company many times over the years! Always do great work, always on time and carpets look AMAZING! Great job, Austin & Mark! Highly Recommended 🅰️➕

Excellent job and very professional! Austin and Bryce were great!

First Serve was easy to work with when we had a water leak that soaked a bedroom and living area. The owner, Todd, actually came out the same day I called to do an inspection/estimate on site himself. Todd and his team were all professional as well as personable. Austin, Brice and Glen did an excellent job,… Read full review

Austin and Gavin were fast professional and did a great job cleaning my indoor entry rug outdoor furniture cushions and outdoor rug. I have trusted and used them for years and have never been disappointed. Great service!!

The best in the business! Their caring really shows!

They were on time, careful, had attention to detail and were very pleasant. We will have them come back.

Fast and did a great job. Very friendly! Great Christian guy even offered my husband prayer. Offered enzymes for cat pee smell and suggestions. Will definitely use them again.

Very friendly, prompt service. Addressed all of my questions. For straight years, four straight excellent service visits. Highly recommended.

I'm very pleased with the responsiveness, value and quality First Serve has now provided on two occasions. I had my first cleaning job in spring 2017 and, when I expressed some concerns, they returned to do more work and ensure my complete satisfaction. I couldn't ask for more. So I've just called them back again… Read full review

The company has great communication. They let me know who would be here and when. I also received a text when the employee was on his way. The carpets are clean and the whole house smells fresh.

They have cleaned our carpets for years and they still do a great job!! They’re friendly, prompt, and listen to our concerns. We’ve never been disappointed!

My property management company sends your company every year! First serve always exceeds my expectations. Austin & Corbin were on time and very professional as always. They answered any questions I had and will definitely request them for future visits for carpets needs.

The team arrived even earlier than scheduled and completed the work quickly and quietly, well under the projected price. This is the third time they've cleaned for me (carpeting and upholstery) and the third time I've… Read full review

Tough to rate. 3 1/2 stars. Good customer service. Friendly. Professional. Reasonable. On time. I’m just not completely satisfied with how the couches and the stairs came out. Especially the couches. It looks no different. Plus there are a few spots still on certain areas of the carpet.

Updated review: the general manager and two other team members came back to our house a few days later and remedied the issue of the few spots on our carpet and now everything is perfect! Very courteous and professional. Whole house carpet cleaning - I would have given a higher review but they didn’t get a spot… Read full review

I took 3 rugs to be cleaned and one was an Oriental. It had some pet stains that I could not get out. They cleaned all my rugs and they look gorgeous. I highly recommend this service. Very very satisfied.

Very professional & thorough both on the phone & in person. Will definitely use again.

Out of all the carpet cleaning companies I would say this is the best one. The people are friendly, professionally, and do an amazing job.

It was late, it was an emergency, and they responded to my call and came out right away. They followed up the next morning as they said they would and are doing an amazing job. They explained how they work with the insurance carrier to expedite the process and repairs/replacements. I would HGHLY recommend this company!

Very professional and responsive. Will definitely use there services again. Service used: carpet cleaning and pet stain removal.

They were very responsive and we quickly booked our appointment. They were very flexible with timing. I was hoping they would be able to do more with the stains on our floor but they were unable to.

Great and efficient service, thank you!

Excellent service. Very courteous. Thank you!

Very thorough and professional. Got an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Looks great for the upcoming holiday family gatherings

Had a concern with an area and they sent someone right back out. They were professional and knew exactly what happened. My rugs look and feel amazing.

They were friendly and was quick. I was surprised how quick they were done.

I have been using this company since 2009. I absolutely love everything about the service they provide. Always the same familiar faces and I am always satisfied with the quick, thorough, clean carpet service they provide every single time.

Mark and Solomon were completely professional and took great care to work around rooms, corners, and furniture while cleaning our carpet. They spent extra time on the high traffic areas to make sure the carpet was thoroughly clean. Cleaning solution from their system in the van was hot, not just lukewarm like others… Read full review

Gavin and his colleague did an amazing job and they were quick and very professional! I have cats that like to run outside, and they were very careful with them and worked amazingly around them! Definitely the place I would go for pet stain removal!

Looks and smell great.

This is our 2nd time using First Serve and we will never use anyone else! They arrive on time, so an amazing and thorough job (including getting under beds and baby cribs to the best of their ability!) I had them do a fabric rocking chair in our nursery as well and it looks brand new! So efficient and considerate - Very happy with their work!

Courteous, on-time and good job

The technicians were here on time and were dressed professionally and were polite and efficient. The citrus scent smelled so clean.

We have used First Serve on many occasions and as always the service is excellent!

Great communication and showed up when promised, went over what they were going to do for the day and explained what they were going to do tomorrow. Thank You!!

They guys at First Serve were great. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. The price was fair and I got what I paid for. Will definitely use them again.

Very good job

First Serve cleaned our carpet in our 22,000 square foot building in just 2 days! They work fast, efficiently, and are very professional. Thank you all again!

All was excellent. My only bit of feedback to them, is that I have laminate flooring at my entry and they tracking in and out on it and really should have quickly wiped it clean when they left. Minor detail.

Always very professional and courteous. They are my go to guys when it comes to carpet cleaning!

Absolutely amazing! Saved me $$$$.$$ …. Wife thought carpet was a total loss. Carpet looks like new, odors are gone. Microfiber furniture is great and much cleaner. Very hard working staff that went above and beyond to do the job RIGHT! Forget the rest….Just Hire The Best! First Serve Will Amaze You! Thank you, Again!

Crew that came to site was excellent. Quick in and out. My only negative is that the chemical smell was a bit much for me after completion. The lemon cleaner smell is a bit overwhelming. If it was a bit warmer outside and you could leave the windows open it would be a non issue. Carpets look and feel clean so job well done.

I've used First Serve twice, both times they were progressing, friendly, on time, and provided excellent service. Highly recommend for pet stain removal.

They showed up on time and were done very quickly. Smells great too!

Quick in and out with quality work. Happy with the results

Best carpet and restoration company in the business. I use them at restaurants and at home. Always on time and accommodating. Todd and Glen are awesome to work with!!

Professional, friendly, answered my questions, and I'm happy with their work

This is the second time we have used them. We have been extremely satisfied with the results. The technicians are professional and hard-working. We will use them again!

Great service, easy scheduling and friendly techs.

Purchased a home and decided to have the carpets cleaned before we moved in. We weren't there during the service visit to talk with the technicians. But during our inspection of the carpets we couldn't see any real difference. If it wasn't for the faint smell of cleaner we wouldn't have know they were there. We… Read full review

They came out within 10 mins of my toilet busting. Very professional and prompt
