The service was fantastic! Each member did a very professional and thorough job of diagnosing and treating the problem caused by water entering our basement after a large amount of rain.

It was late, it was an emergency, and they responded to my call and came out right away. They followed up the next morning as they said they would and are doing an amazing job. They explained how they work with the insurance carrier to expedite the process and repairs/replacements. I would HGHLY recommend this company!

Awesome guys and effective

They were super responsive and moved quickly to help me when needed help for damage from busted pipes. Everyone I dealt with took time to make sure I understood everything and answer any questions I had. Highly recommend First Serve.

Writing this as First Serve is in the process of water damage clean up. Out of 5 companies called they figured out away to help as every company has been covered up since the freeze and broken pipes. So far extremely satisfied with what they have done.
