First Serve Cleaning and Restoration

The service was fantastic! Each member did a very professional and thorough job of diagnosing and treating the problem caused by water entering our basement after a large amount of rain.

I have had burst pipe/flood issues 3 times, in 3 different homes, and First Serve has been by far the best prepared, most professional cleanup company. From responding at 3:00 a.m. to my probably panicky call, to having plenty of equipment, to using that equipment until they were certain my ceiling and floors were… Read full review

First Serve was the only Company that answered my call at 5:00 am. From start to finish they were top notch. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions in a very stressful situation. I highly recommend them.

They were quick to respond and very professional. They were here every day and kept us posted on the drying results. I would highly recommend him

I can’t say enough about this company. These guys are always fantastic at what they do. They work clean and always pick up after them selves. We had major water issues a couple years back and I called them out again for our newest ice dam damage. I am comfortable enough to have Bryce, Todd and Glen in the house… Read full review

First Serve is one of the best companies we have ever worked with. Glenn and Bryce have been a pleasure to work with. We have a 20-year old carpet that we don't want to give up - mess and chaos with replacing. We were so pleased with the carpet cleaning. I dropped a burning candle, leaving soot and wax, and we… Read full review

First Serve was easy to work with when we had a water leak that soaked a bedroom and living area. The owner, Todd, actually came out the same day I called to do an inspection/estimate on site himself. Todd and his team were all professional as well as personable. Austin, Brice and Glen did an excellent job,… Read full review

When at first my water accident happened the first couple days were on time, after that it was one excuse after the other my insurance company decided to go with someone else I had no choice, but I’m glad they did

We had a water line rupture at a healthcare facility and the First Serve crew was there immediately and went straight to work. Their level of care and perfessionalism was top notch. If we ever find ourselves in a mess like that again you can bet First Serve will be our first call! Thanks guys for the rapid response and for knowing just what to do to!

10/10 recommend. They have been amazing! So respectful and understanding

This business was on time, delivered a quick beginning to remediating my home problem. Thank you so much!

Writing this as First Serve is in the process of water damage clean up. Out of 5 companies called they figured out away to help as every company has been covered up since the freeze and broken pipes. So far extremely satisfied with what they have done.

Glenn was very personable and knowledgeable. I appreciate his help and ability to explain what would be happening with my home!
