The service was fantastic! Each member did a very professional and thorough job of diagnosing and treating the problem caused by water entering our basement after a large amount of rain.

When at first my water accident happened the first couple days were on time, after that it was one excuse after the other my insurance company decided to go with someone else I had no choice, but I’m glad they did

We had a water line rupture at a healthcare facility and the First Serve crew was there immediately and went straight to work. Their level of care and perfessionalism was top notch. If we ever find ourselves in a mess like that again you can bet First Serve will be our first call! Thanks guys for the rapid response and for knowing just what to do to!

Writing this as First Serve is in the process of water damage clean up. Out of 5 companies called they figured out away to help as every company has been covered up since the freeze and broken pipes. So far extremely satisfied with what they have done.

Glenn was very personable and knowledgeable. I appreciate his help and ability to explain what would be happening with my home!
