I work in a 97 year old building where the unexpected is the norm with a project like a toilet replacement. Brian works so hard and patiently made adjustments when new hurdles arose. The end product was of the highest quality and workmanship.
Great experience! Sam and Bryan were knowledgeable, courteous, and very efficient! Fixed our plumbing leak, installed a new sink, cleaned everything up very quickly and the cost was reasonable! Thank you!
Ben and John came to give us a quote on installing a Grohe Retrofit system in our tile shower and their price was competitive, they were able to start right away, and even after hitting a snag left by the installer of the previous they were able to solve the issue and do a nice, clean and professional install. They do great work but make sure you have plenty of $$$$$$. $1300 to diagnose and repair leak. I'll be using another plumber next time. Deducted one star due to outrageous rates.
When they leave, the problem has a solution. They offer advice beyond the immediate problem. Friendly and knowledgeable. Call before they come to say they are on the way. Have used them multiple times and no disappointments.
