Customers frequently praise the shop for professional staff, friendly front desk interactions, and high-quality auto body repairs that often meet or beat expected timelines. Positive reviews highlight effective communication regarding repair progress and reasonable pricing for services like bumper and paint work. However, low-star feedback cites recurring issues with poor communication, missed pickup deadlines, and warranty disputes where customers claim installed panels failed or repairs were incomplete despite charges being applied.
