Great work, informative along the way and really nice lobby compared to other buildings in the area.

Amazing staff!! JJ and everyone in there is freaking wonderful and super helpful. If you're questioning if you should come here or not, this is your sign to do it!

Front desk ladies make you feel welcoming. JJ handles everything smoothly made my experience stress free and keep me up to date with my car so professional. I would recommend 💯.

This was such a good experience. The people are so nice and friendly. Their work was very good. They kept me informed throughout and were finished earlier than they expected. The manager stayed after hours so I could get my car! No one wants to have body work done on their car, but if the need arises, this is the place to go.

Very professional and friendly! This is the third time I’ve had my vehicle fixed at fix auto and each time they have exceeded my expectations.

Referred here by my insurance company and it went great! JJ took great care of my SUV! Great customer service all around!

Great customer service

I recommend this shop, they work very good

Good quality work, was not timely, probably due to being a European car. Good people

My car had front end damage and I took it to Fix auto. The professional, Friendly and helpful staff Was great! My car came back in a reasonable amount of time and looked wonderful. I would definitely recommend Fix auto Palmdale for auto body repairs!

I originally brought my car to Fix Auto Palmdale after an accident, and the repair looked great. About a year later, the paint began cracking. When I returned the car to access the lifetime warranty, I was told the bumper had likely been hit, even though I knew it hadn't. I ended up filing a comprehensive claim and… Read full review

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Fix Auto. After my accident, I was absolutely devastated — especially because my Tesla Model Y was still new. From the very beginning, their team made the entire experience so much easier. Everyone was incredibly friendly, responsive, and professional. They kept me… Read full review

JJ is the Besttt

J. J. Gonzales was excellent, very knowledgeable and made it easy for you to understand.

I brought my Lexus in after it was rear ended. They did a great job keeping me informed of their progress and actually finished 5 days before the estimated completion date. I got my car back clean inside and out and looking just like new.

It was very good. The job from my car It was very good They was a wonderful workers I was very happy😁👍👍

trash they didn’t fix my car properly the bumper came undone because they half ass fixed my vehicle

They are quick and efficient.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at fix auto Palmdale. Great experience from start to finish. The staff made the process flawless, great communication, explain all procedures in terms I understood and I got my vehicle 2 day's before my initial completion day. Would recommend using this shop for any repairs you need on your vehicle.

Great down to earth service and they worked with me on paying my deductible, no other body shop even cared :)

Everyone here was kind and efficient with the work being done, timelines and updates.

Fix Auto did a great job on the repair for my Tesla. JJ, Jenel, Mateo all friendly + communicative. Highly recommend

Was very good excellent work

This place it's the worst I ever had take my car to get fixed. If you can avoid it do it. They never finish the repair but they did charge insurance for the hole thing. They are not honest. Good luck if you take your car the get fixed there. DON'T DO IT.

Love working with the staff here. I will not take my Tesla anywhere else.

I had a great experience They were professional and knowledgeable We will be going back to have them do some other work on our truck

Completely effortless on my part. After a recent accident my vehicle was brought to Fix Auto in Palmdale for repairs. My insurance company listed them as a preferred service provider and would warrantee the work for the life of the car. A ten minute visit was initially all that was required to get things started,… Read full review

Very good job

It was an amazing and smooth experience.

Great job and fast service

Great communication and delivered as promised. We received continuous updates as vehicle was being repaired. I would highly recommend

Everyone at Fix was kind and helpful. From dropping off my vehicle and them making sure I got my rental . I got updates on my car’s progress that alleviated my concerns. I was able to pick up my car and drop off my rental at the same time making the process simple. Thank you!

It's really 4.5 rating, leaning to 5 stars. I found a deep scratch inside of the rear door jam. I'm sure they'll fix it, but, it's Saturday right now. People working here are courteous and more than willing to help satisfy the customer. I recommend!

The receptionist was very professional and courteous the work was great

Fix auto is professional at their work and kept me in the loop of my repairs. This is my go to spot when I'm in need of repairs. Mateo and Carlos are the Best, make sure to ask for them when in need or repairs. They will take care of you for sure.
