This was such a good experience. The people are so nice and friendly. Their work was very good. They kept me informed throughout and were finished earlier than they expected. The manager stayed after hours so I could get my car! No one wants to have body work done on their car, but if the need arises, this is the place to go.

I brought my Lexus in after it was rear ended. They did a great job keeping me informed of their progress and actually finished 5 days before the estimated completion date. I got my car back clean inside and out and looking just like new.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at fix auto Palmdale. Great experience from start to finish. The staff made the process flawless, great communication, explain all procedures in terms I understood and I got my vehicle 2 day's before my initial completion day. Would recommend using this shop for any repairs you need on your vehicle.

This place it's the worst I ever had take my car to get fixed. If you can avoid it do it. They never finish the repair but they did charge insurance for the hole thing. They are not honest. Good luck if you take your car the get fixed there. DON'T DO IT.

It's really 4.5 rating, leaning to 5 stars. I found a deep scratch inside of the rear door jam. I'm sure they'll fix it, but, it's Saturday right now. People working here are courteous and more than willing to help satisfy the customer. I recommend!

Fix Auto Palmdale was very good . I was pleased with the work that was comopleted on my car . My adjustor David was very prompt and up front with the process and as well the delivery date. I had a horrible experience with a different body shop and i read reviews for Fix Auto and decided to take my car there and I do not regret the choice I made.

The employees at fix auto were absolutely amazing! Juan was my repair consultant who was communicative and went out to his way to explain things. , Patty and Alicia working the desk and phones were kind, friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate me. The repairs were done perfectly, and my car was ready on time.

Staff friendly and helpful, work was very nice

They were very friendly and professional. My car was done a week early, but I have to return it per their request to finish rubbing out the paint. However, we did discover that they didn't attach the window shade properly so they will need to redo that, as well, when I return it. But all in all, they were great.

Jose was awesome he communicated the whole time. He made sure my Armada was given back to me just like it was before my accident. I recommend using Fix Auto, great customer service, friendly, honest, and most of all I am a satisfied as customer.

Jose and the entire staff were amazing. They communicated through the whole process. We were told 7 business days and our truck was ready 2 days early. They had it detailed inside as well!!!
