Fix Auto Palmdale

Great work, informative along the way and really nice lobby compared to other buildings in the area.

Front desk ladies make you feel welcoming. JJ handles everything smoothly made my experience stress free and keep me up to date with my car so professional. I would recommend 💯.

This was such a good experience. The people are so nice and friendly. Their work was very good. They kept me informed throughout and were finished earlier than they expected. The manager stayed after hours so I could get my car! No one wants to have body work done on their car, but if the need arises, this is the place to go.

Very professional and friendly! This is the third time I’ve had my vehicle fixed at fix auto and each time they have exceeded my expectations.

Good quality work, was not timely, probably due to being a European car. Good people

My car had front end damage and I took it to Fix auto. The professional, Friendly and helpful staff Was great! My car came back in a reasonable amount of time and looked wonderful. I would definitely recommend Fix auto Palmdale for auto body repairs!

I originally brought my car to Fix Auto Palmdale after an accident, and the repair looked great. About a year later, the paint began cracking. When I returned the car to access the lifetime warranty, I was told the bumper had likely been hit, even though I knew it hadn't. I ended up filing a comprehensive claim and… Read full review

Did great work, friendly staff, communication as far as where they were with the repairs could have been better. That's was my only issue.

Completely effortless on my part. After a recent accident my vehicle was brought to Fix Auto in Palmdale for repairs. My insurance company listed them as a preferred service provider and would warrantee the work for the life of the car. A ten minute visit was initially all that was required to get things started,… Read full review

It's really 4.5 rating, leaning to 5 stars. I found a deep scratch inside of the rear door jam. I'm sure they'll fix it, but, it's Saturday right now. People working here are courteous and more than willing to help satisfy the customer. I recommend!

When I took my vehicle to this shop everything started off really good. The receptionist Alicia was very helpful and great at her job. Great experience. Car looked brand new.

Best body shop I have ever been to, customer service was beyond great

I had small dents and hail damage. Not only did they not paint the car, they did paintless dent repair, and did not fix all the tiny dents. Found some dents when I picked it up. But they charged my insurance 10,000.00 dollars. In my opinion they defrauded my insurance agency. Didn't repair all the dents and were… Read full review

I had to bring my car in because someone hit it parked on the side of the road. Bumper, hood, headlights, all messed up or broken, even the fenders were out of place. They fixed it up good as new. They were very friendly and professional. My car was done a week early, but I have to return it per their request to finish rubbing out the paint. However, we did discover that they didn't attach the window shade properly so they will need to redo that, as well, when I return it. But all in all, they were great.

Jose was awesome he communicated the whole time. He made sure my Armada was given back to me just like it was before my accident. I recommend using Fix Auto, great customer service, friendly, honest, and most of all I am a satisfied as customer.
