I recently had my vehicle repaired at fix auto Palmdale. Great experience from start to finish. The staff made the process flawless, great communication, explain all procedures in terms I understood and I got my vehicle 2 day's before my initial completion day. Would recommend using this shop for any repairs you need on your vehicle.

Horrible customer service! Poor communication...the work on the car was great, however I do not think I should have to chose great work or crappy service. I would not recommend, take your car to someplace that does great work AND provide great service.

Fix auto is professional at their work and kept me in the loop of my repairs. This is my go to spot when I'm in need of repairs. Mateo and Carlos are the Best, make sure to ask for them when in need or repairs. They will take care of you for sure.

Had my vehicle sent here after an accident, the staff is really nice and helpful. Needed a new bumper and the color match and fitment was perfect, they did a couple of other repairs that were good as well. Overall satisfied with their work on my vehicle. 5/5

Jose was awesome he communicated the whole time. He made sure my Armada was given back to me just like it was before my accident. I recommend using Fix Auto, great customer service, friendly, honest, and most of all I am a satisfied as customer.
