Friendly and professional all in one package. Closer than Des Moines to bring in my Subaru. Gave me an appointment this week and was prompt in getting me in and out. Nice job. Thanks for being there. Happy Boone client.

Can't say enough GREAT things about this place. COMMUNICATION IN HUMAN FORM. NO AUTOMATED CRAP. Kind personal, so very informative and to the point of what needs to be done and what could wait ,with an estimate to match. Got me in fast too. Work done in the timely fashion that they said it would be. They really do…

Just started going to Fix It Auto after our previous long-time repair shop guy retired. Fix It Auto is very responsive and honest with their prices and work. They are nice to work with and scheduling was a breeze. So far it looks like we have our new "go-to" shop.

Charlie and Carrie were amazing. Having a daughter at ISU, they went above and beyond to take care of our vehicle. Great communication to keep us informed gave us piece of mind from out of town. Very much appreciated! 👏👏
