One of the best experiences we have had
Tim was great. Especially trying to quiet our dishwasher
Tim was great! On time, friendly, and super informative. The initial call didn't provide us with the correct parts needed, but he installed what was sent and did some troubleshooting to determine what else was wrong. Would definitely use this service again, as we are expecting another service call to come back and…
Dishwasher is fixed! Was very helpful and professional experience!

They’re impossible to get on the phone, and they ordered a part that had nothing to do with the issue we were having before they even looked at the dishwasher. Worst of all,…

I have a Miele dishwasher and finding a good service provider was a challenge! Tim was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure the dishwasher was fixed. He even registered the service with Miele!!! And he got to my house 2 days earlier than scheduled!!!
Our service person, Tim was beyond amazing. He was timely and courteous. He explained the work being done and answered all my questions. I was unsure of this company prior to meeting Tim. I can say with 100% certainty I would use fix it 1st again because of him. He is an asset to the company and should be recognized as such.
Excellent technician, knowledgeable, clean and fast. Explained the problem and repaired it quickly and efficiently.
Tim was awesome! Professional. Explained everything to me so I could understand! I will use them again and ask for Tim!
